• Voy.do is an information and coordination platform around events.
• We do not organize events or sell tickets directly.
• Ticket purchases are handled by third-party platforms, including payments and refunds.
• Foreground location is used for maps/events and on-site experiences.
• Shared location is private and only visible to friends inside groups when enabled by you.
• User-generated content exists (profiles, photos, chat, and other user interactions in the service).
• Zero tolerance for impersonation, harassment, threats, doxxing, explicit sexual content, spam, and abusive conduct.
• Reporting and blocking tools are available.
• Sanctions may include warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban, with appeal process.
• Voy.do is not an emergency service and does not guarantee physical safety.
• Service is for users 18+.
• Sponsored content/geofence promotions may be shown during events.

Only available to users 18+ with legal capacity to contract.

You must provide accurate, current registration information and keep credentials confidential.

Organizer/artist/venue accounts may require KYC verification to access certain features.

Voy.do enables event discovery, map/location context, social/group coordination, chat, and notifications.

Voy.do does not guarantee event occurrence, lineup accuracy, availability, or price stability.

Ticket links may redirect to third-party platforms. Payments, fees, changes, and refunds are handled by those providers under their own terms. Voy.do is not responsible for payment disputes or refunds.

Foreground location may be requested for nearby events/maps and on-site features.

Location sharing is optional and limited to friends inside groups.

Voy.do is not an emergency service and does not guarantee physical safety.

Location/maps/geofences may be inaccurate due to technical limitations.

UGC includes profile data, posts, media, chat messages, and shared content.

You confirm you own rights/permissions to publish UGC and that content does not violate law or third-party rights.

You grant Voy.do a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host/display UGC solely to operate, promote, and improve the service.

Prohibited uses include harassment, hate/discrimination, threats/violence, doxxing, explicit sexual exploitation, impersonation/fraud, spam/manipulation, malicious misinformation, IP infringement, unauthorized data collection, and security attacks.

Moderation may be reactive (user reports) or preventive.

Users can report content/users/events and block users in-app.

Sanctions may include warnings, temporary suspension, permanent ban, content removal, and feature restrictions.

Voy.do may show sponsored or official event content, including geofence-based promotions. Any relationship with sponsors/third parties is between you and the third party.

The Site/App, software, branding, and non-UGC content belong to Voy.do or licensors.

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service under these Terms.

The service may link to third-party platforms (ticketing, social networks, maps, venues). Their own terms and policies apply.

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy: https://voy.do/legal/privacy

You can delete your account from the app.

If you cannot access the app, you can request account-deletion assistance at hello@voy.do from the email linked to your account.

Voy.do may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, user risk, or legal requirements.

Service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or complete accuracy of events/location information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voy.do is not liable for indirect/incidental/consequential damages, event-related disputes, third-party ticket/refund issues, or decisions based on map/location/geofence information.

You agree to indemnify and hold Voy.do harmless from claims/losses/expenses arising from your service use, UGC, Terms breaches, or third-party rights violations.

These Terms are governed by Dominican Republic law. Disputes are subject to competent courts in Santo Domingo, unless applicable law states otherwise.

We may update these Terms and publish the current version on the Site, notifying material changes when necessary.
